Set who receives completed business card orders. In this standalone demo, the system prepares an Outlook-compatible .eml draft with the ready-to-print PDF attached. In production, this can be sent automatically with Microsoft Graph or Power Automate.
Admin process
This is the workflow I recommend for your production system.
Only approved Entra ID users with the Template Admin role can access management.
Upload the approved card background or source artwork.
Drag name, title, phone and other fields into locked positions.
Only published templates become selectable by employees.
Admins can unpublish old templates, update designs and appoint other admins.
