BUSINESS CARD ORDERING

Create your approved business card

Employees can choose only from templates that an authorized administrator has published. The layout itself is locked.

1. Choose an approved template

2. Business card details

Long names and job titles wrap automatically. Office phone is optional; if it is left blank, the remaining contact details close the gap automatically. The live preview, Admin editor and print PDF use the same text scale and reflow rules.

3. Logistics & shipping

Provide the contact and delivery information Logistics should use for this order. These details are never printed on the business card.

Print package readyThe PDF is generated in this browser. In production, the same package can be sent automatically through Microsoft 365.

Print production PDF

PDF
business-card.pdf300 dpi artwork with Poppins vector-outline text, trim, bleed and optional crop marks.
For a 90 × 50 mm card with 3 mm bleed, the bleed artwork is exactly 96 × 56 mm. The outer crop-mark area stays white for both light and dark cards. The print-ready PDF never puts white inside the bleed.

Employee process

The employee never changes the approved artwork or layout.

1Corporate sign-in

Employee signs in with company identity.

2Select template

Only published templates are available.

3Enter details

Allowed personal fields populate locked positions.

4Add shipping

Shipping contact details and the delivery address are captured separately.

5Generate & lock

The selected card and order details are locked. To choose another card, the employee starts a new order.

ADMINISTRATION

Manage templates and card layouts

Authorized admins can upload artwork, position employee fields, publish templates and appoint additional administrators.

Access control: This standalone HTML uses an administrator password for controlled sharing. The production website should use Microsoft Entra ID / company SSO and an administrator role.

Authorized administrators

You remain the primary administrator and can appoint another person by company email.

Create a new template

Upload card artwork
For this demo: PNG, JPG, WEBP or SVG. In production we can support approved PDF/SVG source artwork as part of the template workflow.
Israel standard preset: 90 × 50 mm finished card size.
Automatic uses the blue AudioCodes logo on light cards and the white AudioCodes logo on dark cards. New templates also inherit the approved AudioCodes base placement automatically.

Layout editor

New templates start from the AudioCodes reference layout. Fine-tune positions only when a particular background requires it; employees cannot move these fields.

Template settings

You can change the template name at any time before saving or publishing.
Restores the original AudioCodes text and logo placement while keeping your background artwork position and your light/dark choices.

Background artwork

Replaces only the artwork. Text, logo, card size and current background position/zoom stay unchanged until you adjust them.
Move the uploaded artwork behind the locked text and logo. If moving it exposes an edge, increase the zoom first.

AudioCodes logo

Drag the logo directly on the card to position it. Automatic follows the light/dark card setting. Reset keeps the selected logo variant.

QR code

Admin controls whether QR is disabled, optional or required, which QR choices employees may use, and the QR position, size, style and website URL. Employees can only choose among the approved options; they cannot move, resize or edit the QR. Optional QR defaults to no QR. Required QR defaults to the first approved choice. The QR stays inside the 3 mm print-safe zone.

Employee text block

Alignment

Sets the maximum width available to the name and job title. Make the blue guide end before the background artwork; long text will then wrap automatically inside that area.
All employee fields share one alignment line. Dragging any field left or right moves the whole text block; dragging up or down adjusts only that field. Reset keeps the selected font color mode.

Employee fields

Selected field settings

Click or drag a field on the card.
Tip: Use the text-block controls for alignment and light/dark text. Individual fields only need vertical positioning, size and weight. Long names and job titles wrap automatically at word boundaries. Use Text safe area width so the blue guide stops before important background artwork; the employee text and print PDF will respect the same boundary.

Custom templates

Published templates immediately appear in the Employee view in this demo. Use Rename to correct any older templates saved as “Untitled Template”.

Logistics delivery settings

Set who receives completed business card orders. In this standalone demo, the system prepares an Outlook-compatible .eml draft with the ready-to-print PDF attached. In production, this can be sent automatically with Microsoft Graph or Power Automate.

Recommended production flow: employee submits → server creates the PDF → Logistics receives one email with the employee/order details in the body and the print PDF attached → Logistics reviews and sends it to the printer.

This is the workflow I recommend for your production system.
